Can you do imprinting? What if I want a custom design?

Intercom does its imprinting in house and has contracted with a local business for the production of a custom die at the low cost of only $95.00 for camera ready artwork, .pdf or .jpeg image preferred, and $115.00 for images that require additional changes as in fonts or alignments.

What payments do you accept?

As an international distributor of the finest quality of packaging, display, and accessories Intercom has worked with all types of businesses and recognizes the importance of having options for its customers. In this spirit we accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

What materials are available?

Intercom works directly with its material suppliers to provide the highest quality product at the lowest price. We have many different materials available online including suede, leather, wood, velour, plastic, and metal.

Because we own our factory our materials aren’t limited by what you see on our website. If a material you want is not available please contact our customer service department at 1-800-826-8212 and speak with a representative to access the virtually endless choices our factory can provide.

What if I want to cancel all or part of my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer service department at 1-800-826-8212 within two business days of placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once the item is shipped. Orders will be cancelled only with approval by Intercom and only if the cancellation request is received prior to shipping. If your order has shipped you may return all items within 30 days of the original invoice date. All shipping charges will still apply.

What if I want less than the minimum order?

Intercom Packaging is a wholesaler and has assessed a minimum of $100.00 USD. For customers who would like to purchase less than the minimum there could be a nominal fee of $10.00 USD added to your order.

I like your products but I can’t find one to fit my style, do you have custom orders?

Intercom owns its Factory and prides itself on working directly with its client to create a beautiful product that fits their specific needs. If you can’t find what you want online please call our customer service team at 1-800-826-8212

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed in the order with which they are received.   Please allow two days to process the item in addition to normal transit time. Our warehouse is located in Wilsonville, OR and our products are shipped via ground transport unless otherwise requested.

Can I return my order?

All product being returned must be received within 30 days. Please contact customer service within 7 days of shipment to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. All shipping charges are non-refundable . Product must be returned in “re-saleable” condition to be assessed by Intercom Packaging.

Custom packaging and Custom orders cannot be returned.

I’m giving you my information, is it secure?

Intercom has contracted with their e-commerce developer and GEO Trust SSL to maintain the integrity of its online shop. Through this accredited and certified company Intercom ensures the security of both your personal and financial information. Intercom will not use your personal information for any purpose other than correspondence pertaining to your order and like communications.

Do I get a discount for purchasing larger quantities?

Intercom USA is a wholesale Factory-Direct distributor of its products. By cutting out the middle man we keep our prices low for our customers. Discounts are offered on large orders of “like” products of the same color and design. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-826-8212 for a full description of wholesale pricing.

My item is on Backorder. When will I receive it?

Intercom does its best to maintain inventory levels to service our large client base. Occasionally items are out of stock and back orders must be created. As a factory direct importer Intercom prides itself on filling back orders in a reasonable amount of time. Please contact us directly at 1-800-826-8212 for status on backordered items.

Last time I ordered this box it was a different price?

Intercom works hard to maintain the lowest possible price for their high quality merchandise. As such prices are subject to change without notice and reflect current market conditions and manufacturing costs.

Can I order from outside the United States?

Intercom has clients throughout the world and is more than happy to service our international customer our web store. The customer will be responsible for customs, duties and brokerage fees or any applicable taxes on the shipment.
